Quality & Process Management

Strict quality assurance and process control programs form an integral part of our global delivery model that help address scalability and provide a way to incorporate knowledge on how to complete a task better by improving efficiencies systematically. Steps in each process are redefined and continuously enhanced to eliminate delays and reduce project costs while implementing acceptable and appropriate business realignment strategies. Focusing on quality and process discipline, it enables the organization to equip roles with appropriate accountabilities and responsibilities, while continuously adopting best-practices and leveraging domain capabilities. Effective processes also provide a vehicle for introducing and deploying new technologies in a rational manner such that business objectives of the organization are consistently the prime focus.

ISO 9001:2000

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company that reflects robust processes and practices.

ISO9001:2000 is an international standard for quality management systems maintained and recognized by the International Organization of Standardization to show that companies are committed to reliable delivery of the best quality throughout the whole organization. This means we are required to fulfill ISO 9001:2000 specified requirements for a quality management system that needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product or a service that meets customers' quality requirements. What's more important is the applicable regulatory requirements that help to enhance customers' satisfaction and to achieve continual improvement of its performance.

We comply strictly to ISO9001:2000 to ensure documentation of the quality assurance procedures and calls for demonstrable progress in overall quality over time are adhered to. Account of new measures of customers' satisfaction is also taken over time. We will converse with our clients about what they think of us, how we could improve; how effectively our clients think we listen to them; and whether we are really improving. One should expect high levels of quality and standards to improve in the future.

Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMi®)

ea has adopted the CMMiŽ Level-5 quality and maturity standards focusing on people, procedures, methods, tools and equipment in pursuance of the organization's needs at higher maturity levels.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi®) provides an opportunity to help an organization improve the way it does business through integrated models that transcend disciplines. CMMi focuses on improving processes in an organization that provide more detailed coverage of product life cycle, from conception, development, delivery to maintenance.

The flexibility built into every CMMI model supports both staged and continuous approaches to process improvement with common terminology, architecture, and appraisal methods. It contains the essential elements of effective processes for one or more disciplines and describes an evolutionary improvement path from ad hoc, immature processes to disciplined, mature processes with improved quality and effectiveness.

Although the initial focus of CMMI was on product and service engineering, CMMi was designed for other disciplines as well, thereby supporting enterprise-wide process improvement.
